Rooms are very nice and modern. The light controls are a bit tricky; they are in the a/c controller. I didn't try very hard, but I couldn't get the a/c turned on?? My bed was awesome, super comfy. The gym seemed ok; good cable machine. The sauna was small (3 ppl max) but excellent. I didn't try the steam room. I would defo return.

Room size, layout and bed were amazing, Bathroom very small. Staff were awful. Very rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 6pm and saw that the restaurant was open until 9. When we got there at 8 we were then told there was no food because the restaurant was not open. There was no prior warning of this when we checked in, no one even bothered to mention the restaurant would be closed on a Friday evening (despite the hotel's own website boasting about its restaurant). We were then offered a room service menu (totally different to that of the restaurant) - which was basically a list of microwave meals, priced at 25 euros per meal. Very bad communication, no explanation and no apologies for this massive inconvenience. Compounded by the fact hotel is very far from anything, sitting on an industrial estate miles from anywhere.

Fantastic stay after 3 weeks in Europe ! I wasn’t expecting much from a hotel next to the airport but this hotel gave me the best nights sleep in over a month. Beautifully decorated , warm welcoming staff… especially Lynthe, who went beyond five star customer service. The helpful man from Romania that only stop to clean to welcome us . We definitely will be back.

Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia. Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the hotel is clean, stylish, cute, perfectly modern beautifully designed and the restaurant and breakfast layout is magnificent. We really enjoyed our stay and special thank you to Jerelynn at the reception, she was helpful and accommodating to our needs upon arrival which helped our stay feel more welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for sure.
