I liked that it was low cost and fairly clean, however there was an odor especially when you first walk in (like it was smoked in despite being "smoke free") but it didn't seem to linger the longer we were in it. Overall it was inexpensive and a place to crash.

There was trash all over the outside. The blankets had stains on them. The TV was just leaning against the wall. The shower was ok, but it was loud. The toilet was old and dirty. The hand soap was almost empty. There was a leak under the sink outside the bathroom. We didn’t feel very safe and couldn’t wait to leave.

The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror that when people walk by they can see what's in your room from the mirror. I used my robe to hang on the corner for privacy, especially because the door would not lock. I'll update once I receive the call to find out what they would like to discuss. I hope an apology at the least. It was just one night so not a big deal but there's so many other hotels within close distance that offer so much more for only a little more money. The McDonald's is very close and their food was great.

I liked that it was right off the highway with friendly service, when we got to our room there were numerous people outside and we had to ask them to move just so we could pull into a parking spot, upon entering the room it just appeared to be not clean and ready for our useage of the room, the toliet looked used as we had to flush it down the smell was awful and it def was not swept or mopped for our arrival. We did not even bring out bags inside. The bathroom is not fit for a heavier size person either. It looked like a motel that people lived in rather than stayed in if that makes it easier to understand. It fit the need to stay somewhere to sleep but will not return .

Not a clean hotel. Red Roof chain is known for low quality but the price they charge would make you think its at least clean. This was not the case. Room 252 was not clean and the bathroom was full of mold. They didnt even clean the toilet. The soap dispensers in the shower had dirt film on top, the microwave was covered in thick dirt and dust, the fridge was disgusting inside, the main door's security latch was broken, there were plastic bags under the bed, there was no toilet paper left on the roll even. Jesus Christ this place sucked. I am in hotels nearly every week as I travel very often for work. This was one for the books, fellas! Even the walkway outside my room had garbage tossed around AND a mattress! They wont let me upload more than 8 pictures here, but this was impressive how bad the place is kept.
Mold galore. Bring your newly weds here for the pampering of a lifetime.
Look at the yellowing stains on the side of the tub. So easy to use actual cleaner to remove this.
We take your comfort seriously. If you're not happy, we're not phased.
This is so easy to clean. Pure laziness to not wipe down the obviously heavy dirt on top of tue soap dispensers. It screams quality, right?
