Not great
After staying at Hilton Double tree prior to this visit I can say that the room cleanliness of the Hampton left something to be desired, though the hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Great location overlooking the Albert dock. Excellent hotel for the price, only disappointed with the bed as it was very hard, otherwise a great stay and would return.

Nice location
Lovely hotel in a great location. Booking the parking directly is about 50% cheaper. Air conditioning was a little loud, but other than that it was very good.

Water water nowhere!!
Booked just for one night stay. Firstly hotel tried to charge £13.00 to park when we were able to book their own underground carpark for £6.50 by using a parking app on line so a bit naughty to charge your guests double to park. Check in was great and very easy. Paid extra for a superior river view room and had room 625 alas the view of river was obstructed by buildings and all we actually faced was someone's bedroom opposite us so couldn't even have the blind open so definitely not worth paying all that extra for a view room and missold in terms of the view you were going to get. Blackout blinds in all rooms but they are so noisy when opening and closing that you can hear adjoining rooms close and open their blind. Pillows on the bed where way too hard and really thick so not very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but conditioner and shampoo was empty when went in shower. Breakfast was grab bag so had to collect bacon and sausage barns from downstairs however had to wait almost 15 minutes as none where ready.

Great hotel
We love this hotel and when ever we come to see family in liverpool we always try to book this hotel. Only problem is the parking, as we don’t always come in a car and come in a van so the parking is differcult and always have a ticket

Had a wonderful stay on Thursday (8th September) with my partner. The whole hotel was spotless but not clinical, it still felt cosy and comfortable. With restrictions the way the are with Covid and the weather being quite heavy rain we decided to stay in the hotel bar/restaurant for a lovely pizza and a few drinks. The staff were friendly and accommodating and met every request. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was just so comfortable. Cant wait to stay again.
