This is a wonderful place blocks from campus. One of my favorites…. Check in was at 4pm even though the room was available earlier- it would have been very nice to have been able to check in earlier since the room was ready. The room cleaner was very sweet but there was no host which made it difficult. We never did find the kitchen- instructions on how to access that and a map on site would be very helpful. But the space was really wonderful and location was amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Providence to tour Brown and RISD and we were able to easily walk to both. The property itself was beautiful as was our room/apartment we stayed in. I had a lovely time. The hotel is in a charming Victorian house. There's lots of room but no water in what is now the kitchen area (it was clearly once a butler's pantry.) So, kettles are filled and dishes rinsed from the bathroom. The fridge is little and very low to the ground. Other than a leaf-blowing machine that started up outside my window well before 7.30 am (!!) it was quiet and cozy.

Beds were comfortable and place had snacks and water for people who stayed. Parking lot was super small, lighting in rooms was terrible. Many outlets did not work and neither did the lamps. Thought this place would be better than a hotel but really wasnt.
