The hotel did not have fire alarms, our toilet was leaking loudly when we first went into the room. I advised the receptionist and we stayed 4 nights and no one fixed the toilet. It was so loud and disturbed our sleep. Would not recommend this hotel No one cleaned our room or emptied the bins in 4 days we were there.

I found the room good. I thought there would have been a sort of “lounge” area where one could sit, microwave food. Staff, with the exception of the gentleman who leaves at 9pm we’re not aware of their neighborhood or even the Taxim area. The day shift gentleman was exceptionally helpful and well informed. He was aware of customers needs. Couldn’t have managed without him!!!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Turkey. It’s a very pleasant hotel despite the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Koorosh one of the staff members even helped me carry my luggage to the bus stop. Thank you very much 🙏

Konumu sebebi ile tercih ettim.bir gece kaldık. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. Yataklar, çarşaflar ve havlular gayet temiz ve özenliydi fakat odanın zemini temiz değildi. Vaktimiz olsaydı ve söyleseydim eminim hemen temizlerlerdi. Şikayet değil sadece bilgilendirme. Sonuç olarak Memnun kaldım, tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler
