A home from home with Views, Location & Dedication
From check in to check out, staff where amazing ! helpful, honest and precise. All matters were dealt with, all questions answered, attention to detail was fab. my wife and I travled with our 20month yr old baby Girl, Cot was in room, she loved it, so did the baby haha. Views from our room were great! the pool was amazing with a good backdrop. However location at the top of the lake and a down hill walk to torbole is a bit tricky with a pram. local food beer wine and prossecco is all reasonably priced. Would recommend to all. The afternoon tea was to die for! Rooms were cleaned every day

Falto de mantenimiento.
El personal muy servicial pero el hotel está necesitando una mejora urgente. Al salir del lobby uno ya se da cuenta de que algo está mal. Las alfombras de los pasillos están más que gastadas. Luego descubro que las dos habitaciones que disponíamos, tenían problemas con el agua. En una habitación el bidet no tenía agua y en la otra no salía agua caliente en la pileta ni la ducha. En la recepción no pudieron darnos una solución.

Weekend con il ns bimbo peloso
Abbiamo trascorso un weekend con il ns cane labrador in questa struttura. Esperienza più che positiva. Colazione strepitosa non mancava nulla... persino la merenda alle 16.00, gentilmente offerta. Con 23 euro a testa abbiamo approfittato della cena in albergo bevande escluse. La camera con balcone cassetta di sicurezza frigo bar accappatoi teli mare ciabatte e il bricco per il te e caffe. Ah dimenticavo, anche un simpatico omaggio...la borsa da spiaggia... veramente carini Il ns cane ha soggiornato senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Inoltre la possibilità di noleggiare bici elettriche o gratuitamente le bici tradizionali. Al sabato la possibilità di visitare la casa del Dazio a Torbole dalle 17 alle 20, di loro proprietà dal 2000
