Essa acomodação não deveria ser classificada como hotel. As condições são precárias para oferta deste valor, mesmo considerando a ocasião de festas em Caruaru. Não há serviço de quarto (foram duas diárias) - não foi efetuada limpeza, não foram repostos itens essenciais tais como papel higiênico. Não há café da manhã. O primeiro quarto oferecido, que recusei, sequer tinha ventilação, a única janela minúscula existente estava no banheiro, continuo. Há vários deste tipo no nível da garagem. No segundo quarto, que acabei tendo que aceitar, não tinha armários, por exemplo. Para o banheiro foi oferecida toalha de banho, não havia toalha de rosto. A limpeza era horrível. Enfim, uma locação apenas, não um hotel.

Preços exorbitantes para o que oferece, mesmo em época de festa de SJ. Reservei 3 quartos e apenas 1 tinha TV, não tinham lençol para se cobrir, um deles não tinha box no chuveiro, espelho minúsculo, a limpeza não estava muito boa, não tem frigobar e nem café da manhã. Ainda queriam cobrar 5% de taxa para pagar com cartão de crédito (taxa não descrita na plataforma do hotéis.com). O ponto positivo foi a cordialidade dos funcionários
