We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was outstanding, the views were fantastic and the balcony provided a great private outside space. The complimentary drinks were of high quality and generous including fresh milk and snacks from the pantry.

Only thing I could suggest needs a little more attention is breakfast service. Seems understaffed. Long waits, missed items both days. Otherwise it would be 5/5. Still would recommend as beautiful place to stay.

Dog friendly boutique hotel

We have stayed at a number of hotels at Pitlochry - this is by far our favourite. Lovely boutique hotel. The team of young staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. Room was lovely This is a truly dog friendly hotel - dog was able to come down for dinner and breakfast in the bar and got a lovely doggie welcome pack.

Our stay at the Pine Trees Hotel was absolutely fabulous! The hotel decor is warm and inviting. The service is impeccable! Pine Trees Hotel exceeded our high expectations. The staff were exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable and uniquely committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Thoughtful amenities like self-service (well-stocked, quality) snacks and an in-room french press, a welcome drink your first evening, and bag of candy on departure were thoughtful and unexpected touches. Worth a try but pricey

Hotel was pretty quiet so lacking in atmosphere when we stayed. The first room we were allocated was quite small and very hot so we’re moved without fuss. The food was good & the service excellent but they are charging at the top end of the scale so it should be good, on balance just about worth it.
