Fantastic Trip

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Great location, great staff always willing to help. The access to the mall of Emirates is also really convenient. The overall service at the property was fantastic. Absolute value for for money. Given this is an older property, we didn't expect the condition to be so top notch but it was. Our suite was very spacious and if we were to go back to Dubai, we would absolutely stay here without thinking twice. The only draw back if any was the breakfast buffet which we thought was probably not at par with a few other properties but other than that, kudos to the entire team for making our trip very memorable.

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton MoE. The staff couldn't do any more to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Breakfast at Besh was super as was the Spartan and O'Learys. A very warm recommondation to the team in the Club Lounge on 22nd floor, Arshad and the others was absolutely amazing

Graeat location with link to Mall of Emirates. Excellent staff. Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day.

Love it.

Great hotel. The staff is amazing. They do make you feel special. The premises are spotless: room, hallways, common areas, restaurants, pool... the place is immaculate. And the location is perfect, being attached to the Mall of the Emirates with very convenient access to the Metro.
