I have been travelling my whole life and I have been thousands of hotels but I haven’t had that kind of worst experince. Please be advised of problems that you are going to have on reception ( only with mr mehmet and mr goksel, the rest of staff was amazing from bottom to top but those two guys have no idea what is customer relationship and how to welcome and also try to cancel our whole reservation. We checked in after 3 hours thank god) please don’t waste your money to go there if those two guys still around. Your beautiful vacation may turn into something that has a lot of stress and ruin your plan. I have never treated like that in my whole life. I felt stranger in my home country which was not acceptable.If you survive from those 2 guys inside, you will be in heaven. Think not twice, think 10 times before you book that hotel

Unique- when you ordered your 3 courses for a meal they all came at the same time! Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. The whole all inclusive food way of doing things- why not lay it out buffet style. Cook food fresh and let people help themselves to what they like rather than let food go to waste putting it on a plate to be waste the stuff they don’t. No cups in the suite or cutlery.

Nothing chic, dirty and old rooms,
I stayed 4 nights in this hotle, nothing went well, dirty rooms, old towel, lights not working, very weak internet, very dirty gym…no pets control so you have small pets on your face while sleeping. Towels very old. When i checked in there was no shower gel/shampoo or even soap to wash your hands.. Gym very dirty! housekeeping woke me up twice at 9am to clean the room… juice they provide is conectrated very bad quality In the fridge they leave open bottles from previous customers .. The food is ok but nothing turkish : all international food. Entertainment team selective to whom to talk for activitites… Stagnating water opposite to my door bringing mosquitos The hotel is honestly is worth 3stars maximum and not worth the150$/night i paid… I have raised to the hotel manager sarkan who as usual give promises to improve, of course was expectint immediate actions to fix the lights in my room and clean the terrasse with ths stagnating water but nothing was done … On trip advisor, the general manager Omer dengiz shared the standard response ‘…we are sorry …your comments will be examined…’ but you can see same comments few years back as well :)

Don't be fooled by the photos or reviews
Very disappointing hotel. Rooms: The rooms are tiny and very dated. The bathroom is also cramped and small. We only had one plug in the room which had limited voltage. We ended up having to unplug the mini bar which was fine because it was empty anyway. The balcony was also small and ours was outside of a children's playground, which isn't exactly relaxing. The rooms are very loud. Food: The food was bland and not very varied. There were no labels to tell you what the food actually is, this is not very helpful when you dont eat meat. Facilities: The pool is very nice and the beach is right there. The beach did look quite tatty though with some rubbish. The bar was reasonable. There were other facilities but because it is end of season alot of these were closed up which is fair enough. We also didn't go into the spa so we cant review that. Location: There are lots of club sand bars which are very loud. But if that's why you are in Turkey you will love it.The noise in the is very loud from 11am to 4am There are plenty of restaurants nearby though most look to try and cater to English traditional food, where as we would have preferred traditional turkish food. Gumbet is only a 10/15mins taxi ride from.Bodrum centre, with plenty of taxi ranks around.
