We had a wonderful stay at the property. Location is great - walkable to the centre but also a bus service hourly which can take you to town and also to Glacier 3000. The food from the restaurant is amazing - some dishes are the best I have ever had (considering I can fault dishes very easily). My toddler totally loved the indoor and outdoor play area. The staff are fabulous and welcoming - they would cater to all requests immediately and are very accommodating!! Thank you. We look forward to visiting again! Regards, Ishita.

We had an amazing time at Arc-en-ciel! The property is very clean and nicely furnished. The location is great and we enjoyed a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains. Great location and service
We stayed in Gstaad for five nights before spending a few more in Zurich. We absolutely loved our time in Gstaad. We came for the skiing and we will certainly be back. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. It was also a surprise, but highly pleasant that the ski rentals for my wife and I were included in the cost of the stay and the ski shop is right across the street. This hotel is perfectly located at the base of the Eggli lift giving access to this half of the mountain. The other half is a short train/taxi away. The hotel is also walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

Amazing hotel. Located next to eggli lift, so very close and convenient for skiing. Not sure if always but the ski rental at Alfred’s (across the road) was included in the price (or for free) which was awesome. In winter thought it had sauna and very nice steam sauna but no pool which my daughter was objecting to. The staff are extra nice and everyone one of them go extra mile to make the stay even better.
