Good location, friendly staff, easy to get around by bus, bus stop just nearby, when crossing roads, look left then right if you come from a country that drives on the left as New Caledonia is French territory and drives on the right side of the road. Many shops and eateries around. Good infrastructure.

I was in a garden room. It was lovely, spacious and had a great balcony where I had my morning coffee and pain au chocolat and listened to a chorus of birdsong. The local bakery was a two minute walk from Le Lagon. Hotel staff were wonderfully kind and helpful at all times.
