This places is amazing. I usually do not write reviews, but I loved this property and everything about the A Framed cabin as soon as I stepped foot onto the property. The staff checked up on me several times to ensure all needs where met. They are friendly and good people here. The room was a deal for the price. Full kitchen, nice bed room, nice living space and a bathroom/shower. I loved the fact that the door to enter was protected by security code, that made things easier to check in and made me feel safer. The room had a smart TV, games and a beautiful view of Big Bend. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in the future. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved our stay at Stardust Big Bend. The cabins are beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with an incredible view and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was a real joy to use – spotless, beautifully equipped, and even stocked with GreenPan cookware. You can tell that quality matters here! The hosts are exceptionally friendly and quick to help whenever there is a problem. One small thing to be aware of: the bed is quite narrow for two people, and if you sleep against the wall, you’ll have to climb out at the foot of the bed. That said, the mattress itself is exceptionally comfortable. During our stay, unfortunately, several birds flew into the large glass windows and then remained sitting on the ground. We really hope something can be done to make the windows safer for birds, as it would be a shame for such a beautiful place to unintentionally become a hazard to the local wildlife. The owners otherwise clearly take great care of the surrounding environment, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!

Fantastic location and close to the park entrance. A-Frame house was really good and had a good basic kitchen for after hike dinner. The bed is memory foam and comfortable, and the shower has good pressure. Star gazing on the clear nights, low moon light is awesome. Other than the static shocks after walking on the deck… which started off as shocking… turned into a point of humor especially at night when you can see the spark. Great place and would go back.

Clean room and awesome place. The hosts let us check in early, which was a big plus. When we had trouble with the stove, help was sent right away. The host was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was okay. At night, we got to see the stars blanketing the sky, which was a beautiful bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Such cool A-frame houses that are so efficiently designed/built! The place is fairly new and very nice! The owners are very attentive and reach out to you just make sure everything is going well throughout your stay. So many amenities such as patio seating, hammock, fire pit, grill, and a loaded clubhouse with all sorts of fun games! They have everything you need in the rental toiletries, pots/pans, kitchen ware, and bedding. Stargazing was amazing unlike anything we’ve experience in northern Texas! We’re definitely coming back and staying here again.

Stardust Big Bend is worth 6 stars!! We looked high and low for a rental that met our needs and this far exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located near Big Bend NP and very close to many local dining options. The A-Frame is the star of the show. Clean and modern, NOT an old cabin or trailer. A private bathroom with indoor plumbing that worked flawlessly as well as hot water. The bed was comfortable and all the linens were clean and smelled fresh. Stop looking and book it already, you will not be disappointed.

I really appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. It was a nice surprise to have some spices. It was also so convenient to have charcoal, cooking tools and lighters for outdoor cooking and the fire pit. The common area with pool table and arcade games was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the fold out sofa was not bad. There were some board games in the room that came in handy on one of the rainy nights. There is some light pollution but not too bad. We still had amazing views of the night sky.We had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, upscale accommodations near Big Bend.

This is a gorgeous property, conveniently located near the entrance to Big Bend National Park and the town of Terlingua. The A-frames are new, tasteful, clean, elegant and in pristine condition. The rooms were thoughtfully supplied, and given the hot day we were highly appreciative of little touches, like the pitcher of cold water in the refrigerator upon arrival. Coffee, garbage bags, paper towels and toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and hair dryer also appreciated. The common room was useful for meeting. My one (big) issue was the bed being pushed against the wall, which meant I (a senior) had to crawl in and out. It also meant no nightstand, and I use a nightstand each night. Because of these 2 things, I ended up sleeping with some difficulty on the sofa, which I didn't find to be comfortable.

Breathtaking night sky view!

On their advice to get here during daylight we could not do. We were in Midland have dinner when we booked. But the email that we received was very detailed. Told us where the cheapest gas was, where to get food supplies, what time everything closed, how many miles between gas stations. And where we would have cell service and where we wouldn’t. Plus the additional advice to screen shot our driving instructions in advance before loosing cell service. Even with a 22:00 check in time they sent a map directions to our A-frame and the combination to get in. The next time we come here will be in daylight! But when we stepped out of the car at 22:00 the view of the night sky was breathtaking. We sat on the porch until 01:00 taking turns laying in the hammock The bed is low to the ground, comfortable, and clean fresh sheets. The sofa sleeper had a clean sheet on with extra bedding and pillows on cabinets. The A/C remote I mistook as the remote lighting is on wall above bed. Parking area is a short walk to A-frame. A wagon is placed near parking area to assist with baggage and groceries.

the property was awesome from the site itself to the amazing views of the mountain and stars at night which just frames the whole experience perfectly. the club house was fully stocked with entertainment from board games to pool table and and easy quick drive into the small town for supplies if required. at night all you can hear are the sounds of the desert and valley which made it so peaceful and tranquil.

It exceeded our expectations. The casita was well appointed with everything we could want. The decor was sleek and modern. It was a spacious and comfortable oasis in the desert. Just far enough off the road to avoid noise and light pollution but close enough to feel close to civilization. Coffee and breakfast on the deck in the cool morning breeze was a highlight of our day.
