Stayed million times, will stay again and again. why? - rooms are great (though make sure yours is facing inner yard, so x3x will work better); - great breakfast, though people at egg-station might be slow russians, who does not understand or does not want to understand and makes silly comments towards you for their mistakes; - always great service at reception; - superb restaurant - honestly, even if i am not saying in Tallink, i come here for dinner. - all in all - just a superb value for what you pay, trust me.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff was nice and quite helpful. Pros of staying here: great breakfast with a good choice of quality foods. Cons: beds were not comfortable and the bed sheets were of strange size and rolling up all the time (you wouldn’t like to sleep on a bare mattress). Also sauna and spa was closed for the whole duration of our stay, which is very disappointing as we chose the hotel for this amenity. But even if it would have worked, it is accessible for guests only from 6.30am to 11am. So unless you like going to sauna first thing in the morning, this is an amenity on paper.

Really nice hotel and well situated for the old town. The only criticism I could give would be that breakfasts were a little chaotic as many people arrive at the same time, Buffet food was not always hot but the main annoyance was that the two coffee machines were right next to each other which led to long queues as often, one machine was not working. I would suggest that the machines are put in separate areas of the dining room and away from other drinks such as juices etc.
