The hotel its self is set on the banks of the river, access to the car park is very narrow and the car park it self is very tight when a number of vehicles are parked. Hotel Staff - very friendly. Rooms - very vlean, tidy and comfortable. Food - evening meal: good selection on the menu

Check-in was good, staff member was pleasant and the room was well presented. Unfortunately the room stank of cigarette smoke and we couldn't be moved to another room. Before I would stay here again I would insist that the room was a non-smoking room, it was truly unpleasant. Was a lovely 2 nite stay outside of Bath. Bus is a 3 min walk away, so no parking prices to pay. As you come down the hill to property turn slightly left before the toll bridge and exit same entrance. Good variety of meals in restaurant. Would stay again.
