Wouldn't stay here again
One of the loudest hotels we've stayed at. We could hear the folks above us walking around and for some reason sound carries up and down the halls very well.we weren't close to the ice machine but we could hear it. We also had a room right next to a gas station. It was very loud with music, loud cars, etc.if you stay here ask for a room facing the space needle. Room comfort was bland. Hotel was hot in the lobby and halls.

Nice place
Stayed here after a cruise so arrived early and the staffing graciously permitted us to check in early. Nice breakfast, lots to do within easy walking distance. We arrived from the port by bus: $2.75 per person exact change but there’s a big set of stairs getting from pier 91 up to the bus stop. $45 plus tax to park a car at the hotel. $85 for third party shuttle to airport although we used the light rail for $2 per person.

Understand the Situation before saying No
The front desk has no idea how the room looks like. I asked if there’s a better view compared to what was assigned to us? since that was noted when I did the reservation. So when I approached and asked the front desk if there’s another room that has a better view and if I could see or know how it looks from inside the unit, she said that it’s facing the main road and it’s in the front, so we’ll have a better view. She moved us to that room in 4th floor but when we got in, the room has no view and a concrete is blocking the window that we could only see one small plant from the windows. How come we were moved to that room having a downgraded view wherein we were looking for a better view from the window. So I requested to move us back to the first room they put us in, but this one lady said “No” we cannot move you back and I said that’s not fair, so I spoke to the manager and she finally said yes, but it took me a lot of effort and pushback for her to say Yes. That’s was so stressful moment to think we came to relax. In the first place, that person in the front desk cannot say “No” right away, she have to understand the situation before saying No. I would recommend that each of your front desk staff should have a better understanding and idea of how the room looks like so they could easily assist the guests and to avoid moving them if it’s not really a good view but a downgrade of visibility from inside the room. Nice place to stay
The only negative was that my room was not ready by 4pm and I had to wait a bit longer to access, but I understand understaffing today after Covid and everything else was good, the breakfast was fantastic and such a treat to a traveler. Nice job. Very friendly staff.
