Very convenient central location, if you just need basic accommodation, this is great and reflects the affordable price.

I wouldn't say that its a hotel, great value though and the man who checked us in was really nice and service minded. You can't find a cheaper room in central London and I would stay here again

The room was clean, the flat it was in was not clean.
It's a good spot to get your head down if you're working late up town, don't bring your Mrs here, she won't like it.

Clean rooms, comfortable furniture and amenities. Competitively priced. Plenty of dining options nearby. Convenient location close to major tourist attractions. This place is not on a major street, so there's not a lot of traffic.

Perfect if you just want a bed for the night
Small double room in apartment arrangment - 3 rooms on one floor of building sharing bathroom and kitchen. Very clean and Musa was easy to contact to arrange access when checking in. Granted it isn't luxury, but if you want a spotless place to sleep, 5 mins from Liverpool Street station for a fraction of what you would pay for a hotel then this place is just the ticket. I'd stay again, and would recommend to others.

The room was clean and had the basic amenities, and the check-in guidance was clear and helpful. But it was a shock to realise on arrival that it was a room inside a flat sharing a bathroom with other guests. Nowhere on the site before ordering is this made clear. As a woman travelling alone this made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. It should be made very clear in the advertising that you will be expected to share a bathroom and kitchen with strangers.

Clean, well located apartment with good amenities (hair dryer etc.). Great welcome by Ali, showed me how to use the key codes, and off I went. Next time I'm heading to London I'll be booking in again!

nice room that just needs better curtains
Welcoming and well equipped apartment in a great location. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark. However, good value room.

Jon who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The location centre of London was good easy access to rest of city via walking or many different tube and bus stations minutes walk away. One of the cheapest yet very pleasant places to stay in heart of London. Would stay again .

Staff friendly and helpful, but the accommodation itself was very poor. Room barely big enough to stand in, the bed was decrepit and squeaking at any small movement. Only a sheet at the base of the bed - no mattress protector so trying not to think about that. It was a shared room property, but I returned on night 2, to the front door wedged open, so anyone could have wandered in. Individual room lockable, but a light thump would have opened the door. Think the price represents the quality. Would not recommend unless price is your only driver.

Booked a double room with photos that didnt look like the room i had booked.
The actual room was at a different address than advertised.
The person who met me at the address advertised, after i phoned him took me to location of the room that had been allocated to me. He then checked which room i had been allocated and opened it only to find someone else's belongings in the room. That led to checking his sheet and assigning another room.
The shower door fell off when i opened it, an hour later the maintenance person one of the wheels back on the track but there was a one inch gap at the top abd noticed when someone then next used it the where the water escaped and they were no floor towels
The room itself had a rollerblind didnt have a chain to open it.
There was a mirrored wardrobe with a huge crack on the right hand door.
Outside the room i was assigned was a sofa, a dining chair, and a stool chair, tucked behind these on the floor a tv that was unplugged.
There was shared kitchen with some basic cutlery and plates. At least two of the cupboards were stuffed with extra towels and bedding.
The room is essentially a bedroom with a lock in what i would describe as pretty tired student accomodation.

Mis-advertised and gross. This is definitely a place where people that get evicted. I would not stay here again or consider it a hotel. It’s gross.

Room smelt of smoke, no towels on arrival had to prompt twice for delivery, later found a stash in the shared kitchen cupboards. Shower doors hanging off hinges.

Do not trust this property. I was lied to.
First of all. I arrived outside and was told my room was at a different location. I was not comfortable with this already. I was told the real location is hard to find but it wasnt so that is not true. On the way he randomly said "oh, do you realise its a shared bathroom and showe... i did not know this.. i specifically chose a room that was not shared... pretty strange that he thought e needed to tell me that. Learly there was a problem. I ended up not staying and getting earlier travel home instead.

The gentleman who met me to check me in was absolutely lovely, professional, and very helpful. None of my comments reflect on him at all. However, the room itself raises serious questions about whether it meets basic letting standards and whether it is genuinely suitable or compliant for guest accommodation.
The room was extremely small, and the bed sheets did not fit the mattress properly. They came away immediately when I lay down, leaving the mattress—already visibly dirty—completely exposed. This is a hygiene issue and falls well below what would normally be expected in any property being let out.
There were several unfinished areas in the room, and the door did not feel secure, which is concerning even for me as a male traveller. The trailing wires from the TV created a clear trip hazard, and I actually caught my foot on them. Issues like these would normally fail very basic safety expectations for lettings.
The shared bathroom had only one floor mat, which was just a towel. Once someone used the shower, it remained wet for the next person—again not meeting reasonable standards for shared facilities. The kitchenette was very basic, and I chose not to use it. In the corridor, there was unused furniture left stacked, which was not only unsightly but also a potential fire hazard, and I would question whether a setup like this aligns with fire safety guidance for properties being let to guests.
Overall, the property is cheap for a reason.

Tiny room in a strange, small apartment.
This is a tiny room in a strange and small apartment. For the price it’s not too bad, but I wish the host would’ve been more clear about the nature of the room. It is in an apartment that is shared with two other rooms. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom. The amenities are very modest. I was quite hot the whole time. The best thing about this place is the location. Absolutely fantastic location right in the midst of many good pubs and restaurants, and a short walk from Liverpool St underground station. But beside that, I recommend spending a little extra and finding yourself a less strange, dingy room.

Poor service - crummy place
The location on the site and booking was not correct. the number attached to the booking was also incorrect, the poor man who's being barraged with calls - he is not affiliated with this listing. unsure why this is the case. the rooms were drafty, poor windows. the kitchen window didn't close at all - poor security. we had to call hotels.com to actually get in - an absolute disaster as we were weary travellers. He was quite rude and told us he waited for ages and should charge us a 150 euro fee which he said he would be kind and remove. We got a poor night sleep - we wanted warmth and the duvets were thin.
