Good For Our One Night Stay

The stay was good for the price and a one night stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The property is close to the interstate and other easy to access food establishments. No lobby coffee or on site breakfast options. That was not a problem as this hotel is a long stay property with a small kitchen but had no coffee pot or kitchen items for self serve. A late night check in was accommodated by a very pleasant front desk employee.

It was a really good stay. The person that checked us in was beyond both Friendly and Professional. I think her name was nicole. The only issue is my card didn't work at the front door when i went out to my car around 10pm. The place was quiet and clean.

My stay was good. Good price comfy bed. My only complaint is I called for extra blankets and never got them. The guys said they were drying and I would get one after but never did. The check was quick and smooth. The manager checked me in not sure if her name but her energy is amazing. Great customer service made me feel very welcome

Great place to stay. Receptionist was very friendly. Only thing I can say that I do not like is the fact that they did not have any pots, plates, or anything. If you’re going to have a kitchen in the room, you should have those items as well.

We stayed 6 nights. 4 out of the six nights there were people screaming and fighting in there rooms during late hours. No simple amenities in room and need to go to desk and ask. Which there is only one employee doing multiple tasks so you need to wait. No blow dryer or iron in the room and only receive one role of toilet paper so you need to get at front desk and give you an attitude when you need to ask for more.

Definitely didn’t feel like a Hilton!!!

Hotel was very clean. Rooms clean but not cozy. Bare feeling. Not happy about the $25 incidental charge not credited back yet. It’s now a charge instead of a HOLD PENDING. Most hotels the holds are released after checkout. And I did not see my room checked out. Makes me feel room resold for cash!

You get what you pay for.

It’s a brand new no frills hotel. Rooms are very basic with vinyl flooring. There are a lot of people that hang around the outside of the hotel. The garbage cans right outside the doors was overflowing. There are always individuals sitting in their vehicles nearly around the clock. Last night when we came back from dinner, there were beer bottles in the grass, a pair of rubber gloves and an empty prescription bottle on the ground.

Great Staff

The tub did not have anti slip discs and they really need them. Very slippery. The most unfortunate part was that yes it has a kitchen area, but it did not come with any dishes or pots and pans, You had to purchase them, you even had to purchase the coffee maker. I would not want to have to bring my kitchen whenever I stayed there. I did not see this information on the web site.

Clean enough, no roaches as previously stated

I read the reviews after I was locked in. I was terrified to stay here! Good news: we saw no evidence of roaches, rooms were quite clean, outside of the very dirty floors. Floors look clean as they're new, but dirt doesn't show on them, but they turned our white socks filthy on the bottoms. No hair dryer, no dishes or utensils of any kind. Odd as they habe a kitchen. Not even a plastic cup in bathroom. Checking in felt sketchy. You cant get it front door without being buzzed in regardless of time of day. Worst thing, though, is the smell! My guess it is from a mix of people cooking putrid things. No matter how long you're in your room, you can't get "nose blind" to it. Over all it was fine for a quick overnight stay. Wouldn't return

Bare and I mean bare bones hotel

Walked in to kitchenette setting! Full refrigerator, 2burner stove top, microwave! NO POTS OR PANS, DISHES OR SILVERWARE! Room was cramped and they couldn’t be bothered to put a door on where you hang your clothes! Floor felt like it had sand on it! In bathroom there was no hand towel, or place to hang towels after use for them to dry! No tissues and in the morning realized there wasn’t a hairdryer! When I call the front office to maybe get one no one answered…and found out reason why, no one shows up till 9am when most have checked out! We will never stay in this type hotel ever again! Oh and not even a coffee pot! WTH
