To be honest, I’ve stayed at the la residencia, Puig, etc. This hotel tops them all. Great amenities, great location, parking is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful. My only negative I would say is the Night Shift Front Desk isn’t as educated as he should be. He refused to give my wife a simple Band-Aid because he said it’s only for staff. Not something that makes a lot of sense, but that was probably the only issue we’ve had. He just kept lecturing that he’s not allowed to give away any kind of first aid kits because it’s for staff. He also refused to give us hotel provided toothpaste and toothbrushes so we can use it in the morning prior to our checkout at 6 AM because our bags are already packed. Other than that, the morning shift guy, I wish I had his name, blonde hair with glasses, super nice, super respectful and was very helpful throughout our entire day. He’s probably the reason why I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Costa D'or is a beautiful hotel just outside Deia. The setting is stunning with amazing views of the sea and the coastline. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were really friendly. We loved spending time on the terrace and taking a swim in the sea, too. The food was great and reasonably priced. We found it a great place to relax. It's a real gem.

This hotel is Excellent in every way! The staff and service, the food, the property and its cleanliness, the rooms, and most of all the location- it is stunning and peaceful. This hotel is something out of a fairy tale. It is a breathtaking property with beautiful views. The highlight was the hike from the hotel to Cala Deia. It was fairly easy and a nice alternative to driving. 10 minutes from town and cabs come within 10 minutes of requesting. Quiet, peaceful and serene, this is a perfect place to recharge your battery and take in the beauty that is Mallorca.

The rooms definitely feel outdated. We were placed in room 217, which is right next to the elevator and was fairly loud, could hear through the walls quite a bit. The location, pool, restaurant are wonderful and the restaurant staff was always very helpful and pleasant. The front desk staff, not so much. I think I would return to the restaurant, but skip staying on property.
