I have 2 comments 1 door cards for building entrance was not working most of the time 2 the parking private spot was occupied with other car

Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests.
