We had a beautiful pool view room which was faultless. The three pools were wonderful, particularly the quiet pool with floating bean bags. The staff were so friendly and a great choice of superb food. The hotel is on a small private beach which was great for snorkelling. We had the all inclusive package which was great value for money. The hotel also operates a complimentary shuttle to Patong which is well worth a look. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all and can thoroughly recommend it.

Amazing resort, a gorgeous location that feels so secluded but never bored of something to do. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet for the little time you end up spending in them. Great choice of restaurants and bars, different options every night for a 7 night stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on checking in at the start of our holiday, room only being ready quite late in the evening but the front desk and management were very helpful in response. Would definitely go back, in a heartbeat.

And it was all the little included extras that really made it a true five star experience... shuttle bus, beach bags, reusable water bottles, snorkelling, kayaking, arcade games, equipment, ice-cream, fairy floss, cold towels, movie nights. Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!

We traveled as a family of four with our 11- and 8-year-olds and stayed at the resort for four days. The kids had a fantastic time, snorkeling and kayaking at the beach, foam party in the family pool. The hotel organizes plenty of activities and there’s a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is located on a hill, so we used Grab to get to Patong Beach. Overall, we definitely recommend this resort for families!
