The hotel is not far from downtown. You can easily find a bus stop just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I was quite surprised by the quality and the amenities in the apartment. It has almost everything you need, such as dishes, cooking utensils, an oven, and a stove. The apartment is spacious and also has a good table if you need to work. The WiFi is very stable, and the bed is comfortable. I did not feel that the heating was too hot, unlike what some other reviews mentioned. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and shower gel because they are not provided. However, there is a supermarket right next to the hotel, only a 2-minute walk away. The cleanliness is generally good, although some areas could be cleaned better. Overall, the room, toilet, and bathroom are clean.

Accommodation in Tromsø can be expensive, but I found this to be a suitable compromise. Having a full kitchen means we could save money by not eating out. There is a supermarket directly underneath the apartment which was really convenient (just be aware it is closed on Sundays) The apartment was well equipped, there was a washing machine and dishwasher which was a nice addition. It was clean and quiet. And it is not too far to get the bus into the city centre or from the airport.

Only six minutes driving from the city center. It was rather hard to get Ubers/bolts so we took the bus which was a four minute walk from the apartment. The apartment directions were easy and the apartment was clean. Would definitely recommend

All access details clearly provided before arrival. The kettle in our room did not work and was replaced immediately when I emailed to report this.

It is so easy to reach by bus from the city centre. The property is very quiet. The room is quite modern and well equipped. It will be better if they provide a hair dryer and to hover the room floor thoroughly. Communication not too responsive during our stay, but not a big issue. I’d still rec this place because of what they offer in the price.

The apartment was very clean and warm, in a semi industrial location but with a regular bus service into town. The apartment lacked a few necessities, a microwave, toaster, corkscrew, tea towel and hairdrier. Also, the oven was screwed shut so you could not use the grill.

Great stay, very clean, clear check in and out instructions and close to public transport / groceries. I’ve knocked a star off because I was told to pay at reception and there wasn’t one. Expedia weren’t helpful,nor was the hotel helpline. I imagine if you pay in advance, this wouldn’t be an issue. Also, the cleaner just let herself into our apartment without knocking which we found very strange and uncomfortable.

When I arrived at the property there was no key for me. I contacted Expedia and within five minutes the property staff rang me and remotely opened my door, 5 minutes later security arrived with a key for me. The property was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Oven, hobs, washing machine, dishwasher. Washing machine pods were left on top of the machine and dishwasher tabs were inside one of the cupboards. The courtyard area on the inside of the property was like a fairytale garden with fairy lights all the way around. Overall it was a great stay. The only downside was someone entering the room at 8.30am on the day of checkout whilst I was still asleep. Fortunately they retreated quickly.

Modern and well maintained apartments

Modern and well maintained apartments. Has the basic facilities like kitchen utensils, water cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher, towels. There was no microwave. Close to a bus stop to get to the Tromso city center (15-20 min ride) and to the airport (35-40 min ride) with direct buses. There is a supermarket right below the apartment and it is open from 7 am to 11 pm on most days. There is no reception in the property itself and they shared all instructions via email. Everything should be done by self. If we needed anything, we called them directly. There is an option for luggage storage in the apartment - we contacted the reception and got the required information.

The bed linen was a bit dirty. It had some black/green spots on the duvet. The kitchen was fairly clean. It had most of the necessary things you need for cooking such as a pan, a pot and utensils. There are no spices, oil etc. so you have to buy that yourself. There were tabs for the dishwasher and also for the washing machine. I got 4 towels which was more than enough for me, and they had put hand soap in the bathroom too. The bed was squeaking quite alot when I sat on it but it didn't seem to make that big a noise when I slept in it. There wasn't a bedside table, so I took one of the tables from the living area and used it instead. It's situated in an industrial area but transportation to and from Tromsø was so easy. Max 15 minutes with bus 42. I really liked the apartment. Very modern and mostly clean. It needed a few things (a TV, a bedside table, a broader range of kitchen utensils etc.) I can see myself come back here again sometime
