Loved our stay at Couper Condotti! Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, quiet, secured and location was excellent! Right in the midst of everything next to the Spanish Steps. A true gem, with a wonderful host, Alessia. Thank you x

Visited for the rugby with my partner. Excellent location. Although we did walk past the entrance of the hotel once because it is through a door next to the Gucci shop although Apple Maps did take us to the door. Hotel reception is on the 3rd floor of the building. Area felt very safe also. Would recommend and return👍

Such a beautiful room, and opposite of described by expedia, there is elevator!!! Only missing thing is a proper mirror at the restroom! But best place ever to stay in Rome! Closer to all, by the Spanish steps metro station, near shoppings and attractions. Super recommended!

This is such a wonderful location which is walkable to most of the tourist spots you want to visit. The property is located right beside the Spanish step. The service is excellent especially with the fantastic costumer service of Alessia who makes sure that she meets the guest needs and very helpful in giving suggestions of places around Rome. If you love shopping this is the place to stay, situated between Gucci and Bvlgari and in front of Prada. Lots of dining places on every corner of the streets. The Coupe Condotti is a must place to stay in Rome.

Great - This is definitely a hidden gem. You cannot beat the location of staying a few meters away from the famed Spanish Steps. It is super quiet, for being on via Condotti. Free water. Hotel room slippers are provided. USB-C plug ins by the bedside. The elevator is charming. Alessia at the front desk was lovely. OK - It is new property, so the front desk staff are not around 24-7, but you are able to connect with them through WhatsApp. I also was connected with them prior to arrival to make sure someone was able to receive us. Housekeeping needed to be prompted to replenish some things like toilet paper and coffee. The room is small, lighting needs to be brighter and there is only one full length mirror. There is no in room safe. All in all - it is great value for the price tag. Amenities can be overlooked, because after all - you are in Rome. You want to be out exploring the city.
