    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
So I have been trying to download pics of this filthy place they call a hotel for the past two hours but can’t. This review won’t let me. So here it goes....... The word filthy doesn’t really describe it. Trash all around the outside and inside. Dirty diapers and other garbage around the sand filled pool that look like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Teenage animals acting like idiots and doing nothing but cursing. The staff was no better. Walking around and every other word was the “f” word and my 14 year old daughter with me. A toilet and mattress outside the door and highly visible. This was just past the empty vending machines and the broken ice machine with black mold around the inside because the front cover was off. The rooms had no towels, wash cloths, or toilet paper. The tub didn’t drain and there was a large poorly patched up piece above it the leaked water from the tub above it and there’s black mold around it. Toilet paper holder was hanging off broken and another poorly done patched job above toilet. Let’s talk about the continental breakfast..... two tables only with two chairs at each table for the entire hotel. The employee had to run to the store to get bread. A homeless woman who I saw the night before walked in and started helping herself to coffee and food with desk staff not saying a word. Parking consists of three handicap spots and four regular spots that were taken up by the fowl mouthed employees. Parking block away and and poorly lit dirt trash

DON'T DO IT!!!! I want a refund!!My experience with this hotel was terrible. It started from when I walked in tje door. I'm surprised they even have this hotel. If i was a travel site I wouldn't even list it. The rooms were filthy ( I took pictures), the building as a whole was dirty. The staff was not friendly, not even a little bit. Whrn me and my grandchild walked in the door at 4pm, there was a Housekeeper sitting on the coach in the front in her uniform and on the phone - not a good look for guests. When we found the elevator (only a single elevator) it was filthy, like no has ever bothered to wipe it down. Got to our room, it was dirty. The corners in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a hair on one of the shower walls too. There was a piece broken off the toilet. In the room itself the walls were dirty, the side of one of the tables was nasty sticky, the corners in there were dirty too. We did not sleep under allthe layers of covers, i was too scared to. We pulled back the top blanket and slept under that. The next day when they "cleaned" the just pulled the covers up in a haphazard manner, they weren't even straight. Called on my cell both days ( phone in room not working) to report that the phone in the room wasn't working and that our remote wasn't working for the tv. NO ACTIONS..Not even sure why Windym would attach their name to this place. Just horrible. Never ever again.

    Black mold everywhere
We had two rooms. 608 and 609. 608 smelled of mold and there was evidence of it everywhere. It smelled like it was coming from the air conditioner, which we had no control over because the thermostat didn’t work. There was one towel in each room and no bath mats, washcloths, or toiletries. When we asked at the front desk, there were several other guests there asking for towels as well. They have us some but no washcloths or bath mats, which is surprising because the bathroom floors were tiled with shiny wall tile. The manager was never there as we were referred to her each time we had a complaint. On Sunday morning, I found a hypodermic needle on the floor by the bed. Luckily none of the kids found it. When I took it to the front desk, I was told that I would. We’d to talk to the front desk manager. One employee did come into the room after the manager on duty ignored me at the front desk for ten minutes. She didn’t even look up as the other front desk lady was helping another guest get more towels. Breakfast was a joke because the one waffle maker had a line of 15 people at all times.

First family vacation to a beach
Unfortunately, our room left much to be desired. After exiting the elevator, we noticed a plastic garbage bag filled with towels on the floor in front of our door. Upon entering the room, the first thing we noticed were the "stains" on the toilet seat. After a bit of scrubbing and upon closer examination, I realized the "stains" resembled a burn from an iron (but there wasn't an iron in the room???). There was also a stain in the seat cushion of the armchair. The windows to the balcony were dirty. There appeared to be evidence of repairs done to the walls. And there was also what looked like someone's attempt to clean smoke damage from the ceiling. During our stay, our key cards to the room had to be replaced 5 times. The first 3 times we discovered our cards didn't work only after waiting several moments to ride the elevator. After realizing we couldn't access the room, we had to wait again for the elevator down. The 4th time our card didn't work, it was determined that the door lock was faulty and needed to be replaced. The following day our card had to be replaced once again. There is only 1 elevator in this hotel. If your room is on the upper floors, either expect to wait several minutes---or walk the stairs. One of the amenities listed is "onsite parking". This is true. There are about 7 parking spots on the property (3 being handicap). Expect to park about half a block away in their private lot. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there.

The only upside to this property was its location. Otherwise it could have been used to film murder scenes. It was dirty, not maintained, falling apart, and i couldnt wait to get out of there! There was hair all over our bathroom, even between supposedly clean towels. The floors obviously hadnt been cleaned in a super long time - you cpuld see the filth on the bathroom floor. I believe the only thing supporting the bathroom sink wede the pipes underneath because it wasnt attached to the counter. When we first arrived it was arpund 2pm and the lady rudely blurted checkin wasnt until 4 (no joke, but sometimes rooms are ready early). Then she said i hope you didnt park next door because they will tow you immediatley. You can park in our parking lot for $15, cash only. Um, sletchy. It says onsite parking available. Well, onsite parking was a joke too. I asked if there was a restroom i could use, im 9 momths pregnant... i got flak for that also. She never really looked at me, just extremley rude. I ended up leaving and not paying for the early parking, we circled around the blocks and decided it to just pay her for the parking since everything seemed to need payment. That time my fiance went in with the money and she only charged him $10, seemed out of line to only accept caah for this... when onsite parking is advertised. I woulsnt dare touch that pool either - there was even trash floating in it. Gross. After seeing everything else, there was no way i would eat the breakfast.
