Excellent and convenient business hotel
I've been to this hotel at least a couple of times in the last two years and it's been excellent for a short visit. This time visiting during a local Covid lockdown I was expecting deficiencies but everything in the room was as normal and the service was super great both on reception and in the restaurant

Great location shame about the rest
decor in hotel was good throughout but cleanliness needs to improved as food found on floor of room (some small chunks) so not sure when it last saw a hoover. Air conditioning was so dry that it made the room uncomfortable even on low setting

It was so close to the bbc studios - where I needed to go. Quite expensive, but suitable for my needs. Nothing special, but adequate.

The hotel is literally next door to the Dock 10 studios, making it very easy for my 70+ year old parents to walk to a taping of one of their favourite shows. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and there is a parking garage less then 5 minutes walk away.
