Great cheap room

Very practical and cheap for an overnight stay, check-in and check-out is done digitally and easily, we didn't need to speak to anyone. The room was equipped with sheets and towels. Well located in the center of Aarhus.

Abt 15 min walk from train station, near town. New hostel. Charges 50dkk per person for early check in. For luggage storage is 20dkk per person even if you stay there. Heard it is common to charge luggage in Denmark even you are guests of the hotel/hostel

The wifi in my room was terrible so I have to use mobile internet or be in the lobby in order to use Internet. And I do think it's dishonest to hit people with sneaky charges that are compulsory but somehow are not included in the price. In this case, they charge 50 DKK (around 7 eur) PER NIGHT for "linen rental" so if one stays over one night it can turn potentially into a substantial sum even though they only have to wash it once. Moreover, they only informed me of this a day before my stay when the booking was already non-refundable. I see this as a very shady and unfair business practice. Otherwise it was fine, I especially appreciated the curtains and good sound isolation between the rooms.

The installations are ok for the price, but the quality of service is terrible, we got food by delivery and they didn't let us est in the lobby tables where other people were eating. They send us to another area were they said a table was but they were not sure about chairs and said we will have to figure out the chair for ourselves, in the end we came back to lobby and they offered one from there. we requested for board games and playing cards in English and they said they had none, 30 seconds later another guy comes and ask for the same in danish and they have it to them, a bit racist ? (I was speaking English because so my partner could follow the conversation but I also speak Danish) Lastly having to pay 20dkk for leaving each backpack it's something I have not experienced in any other accommodation. I'm general the room was clean and ok comfy. The service was extremely poor We stayed in a family room

Blandet oplevelse

Vi boede 5 på værelset og det var fine senge, med plads. Der var heldigvis gardin for hver seng, for gardinet til det store vindue var nærmest gennemsigtigt. Vi boede i stueeplan, ud os hovedindgangen, hvor der var larm til 23.30. Lyset i rummene tænder og slukker automatisk, hvilket var meget irriterende. Vi købte morgenmad, men blev her meget skuffede, da udvalget var meget begrænset og særligt børnene have glædet sig til pandekager, som ikke var at finde.

Super hyggeligt og dejligt sted!

Roberta’s var super hyggeligt! Det ligger jo helt perfekt - lige i smørhullet af Aarhus. Fin service, venligt personale og hyggelige glade gæster. Dejlige siddeområder, mulighed for bl.a. bordtennis mm. En dejlig STOR kop kaffe købes i receptionen for 25(!)kr. Det vil vi 100% vende tilbage til.

⭐ Roberta’s Hotel ⭐ Vi overnattede på Roberta’s Hotel som familie – to voksne og tre børn – og havde generelt en god oplevelse. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og i smukke omgivelser, hvilket gjorde det nemt for os at komme rundt i byen. Værelset var rent og pænt, og vi satte pris på, at det var stort nok til hele familien. Dog var vores værelse delt op i to etager (stueetage og 1. sal). Den nederste del af værelset var ret lille og uden vinduer, hvilket gjorde den lidt mørk og mindre behagelig at opholde sig i. Det fungerede, men det var ikke optimalt. Alt i alt et hyggeligt og velplaceret hotel med god rengøring og fin service – men det ville være rart at vide på forhånd, hvordan værelset er indrettet, især hvis man rejser som familie.
