Quality and service is at 5 star level. Staff does above and beyond. Checkin process was amazing and quick. Sara on the front desk was exceptional. Hand written note from Salem managing director was exceptional, no one takes time to do this. We are exceptionally satisfied and haram view was amazing.

Close to Haram, and the view is spectacular. The only thing which i don't understand that when you are an Expedia VIP customer and you are checking in after 2:00 PM in low season an the Hotel is quarter of it capacity, the receptionist refused to give us our room, we had to come again after 4:00 PM to collect our keys. Very disappointed.

In terms of its proximity to masjid ul haram, great location and it is at a very convenient walkable distance to Kaaba. Cleanliness was ok. Couches, carpet and walls were stained with marks of food and coffee. Never cleaned properly. They did not have microwave or dishes or dishwashing stuff in kitchenette which was nuisance when traveling were 3 little kids. Room bar was insanely over priced. Would recommend buying similar stuff at 1/10th the price from shop around. Connected with shopping mall so tons of eating options available. breakfast was included and had amazing variety and options. Staff was receptive. Daily room service was available which is rarely seen in other western hotels these days. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
