Terrible!! No había luz porque sólo tenían 2 habitaciones ocupadas y entonces salía muy caro encenderlas (respuesta del gerente) El restaurante cerrado a las 8:00pm No hay Romo service, El gerente nos dijo que mejor no saliéramos del hotel por seguridad La habitación vieja con olor a encerrada, El estacionamiento no cabe un coche grande 3,000 pesos la habitación por un lugar de 4a No es un hotel boutique spa!!!! Un pena de lugar..... lo único bueno fue el personal de recepción que no podían con la vergüenza cuando les pedimos la atención que se había contratado en la reserva.

PROs - The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful! Great central location, the room was huge and even had a mini courtyard. CONs - the patio pool urgently needs a good scrub. As other reviewers have mentioned its not the cleanest. Also the parking lot is very, very tight so you need to leave your car keys with the valet to move the cars around.

The property and staff were really nice, public areas lady helped us out with our baby’s stroller to the parking lot, the only down side was the parking lot, so small and so hard to get there, it’s not their fault, it’s just how the city is, will be back
