Disappointed
Our stay was ok. It just that they didn’t clean our room properly. The bed sheets were not changed. My Mom stayed in the room because she’s having a hard time to walk. She saw them how they cleaned the room. It’s just disappointing especially it’s Disneyland hotel. And we never saw any Disney characters. For paying that much money. It’s not worth it!

Pretty hotel but all outdoor amenities were closed during our stay. The jets in the indoor whirlpool didn’t work, and were separated in male and female changing rooms so I couldn’t enjoy the hot tub with my partner. The hotel is very wasteful in that it offers disposable toiletries and slippers by default

They do have cute key cards as souvenirs to give and Disney characters toiletries, but my “sea view balcony room for three” only had a corner bit of the sea view if you step out, the balcony is attached to the neighboring rooms with a partition that doesn’t reach the bottom, toothbrushes and stuff were randomly numbered instead of three (the number of guests I paid for!) and reception was very hard to call as it was also busy even past midnight. I wouldn’t return as it is very costly for what it offers.
