The hotel receptionists and the lady that provides breakfast were very helpful, attentive and polite.
Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly, beds were ok but the floors were disgusting.

Staff were very friendly even though I did not speak Spanish well. It is about a 30 minute Metro ride to the center of Madrid, but away from the tourist crowds and close to the Chamartín station where I needed to catch my onward train to Vigo. On the last day I decided to try their breakfast buffet, which had freshly made coffee, nice pastries, fruit, and juice. I was on the first floor, which was above the ground level on the street-side, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend it for travelers who have similar needs.

The most dirtiest, ugliest and unsafe place I ever been.
I left the property the next day loosing my money and booked in another safe and clean hotel.
They never asked me what was wrong. The only word from reception “Bye”
Please double check reviews before use this type of hotels.
