Did the job of innkeeping well.
The hotel was excellent for the price charged. It wasn't the Waldorf but was a affordable, convenient, and welcome place to stay in a time when it seems every room in town over charges by 20 or 30 %. When lookad at with that in mind it was 5 star.

Water and Safety
I don't like drinking water from the bathroom sink. There was only one sink in the room. The bottled water at the front desk was too expensive. And the water tasted like it was tap water.

Frustrating
I kept trying to cancel, but the hotel said to call hotels.com and vice versa. I couldn't cancel and got charged for a stay I didn't need.
