The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was also in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

The area has been revitalized and it’s apparent but that’s a good thing. Didn’t feel like the safest area but also never felt threatened. Had trouble with communication and check in instructions. Once inside the place was appeared as it does online. However, the immediate smell of marijuana was overwhelming. We immediately opened all of the door and what window we could to air the place out. This smell did disappear within a couple of hours. Also , upon arrival the balcony door was found to have been left open. We also found socks, vape and nashville souvenirs scattered around the place. So, cleanliness was questionable. Good location for Nashville. Train tracks run beside the place and trains run all night. Ear plugs are included on the nightstand. Shuttle service listed in the room was amazing for our party of 7. Overall is was just OK but served its purpose. Definitely overpriced considering the above. Never heard from the actual owner even tho he apparently lives just a few minutes away from the property. Only dealt with the management company.
