Close to the metro to get around athens, Clean and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Could be a little nosey at times but you have to remember people live in the complex it’s not a hotel. Great communicate from host. Would definitely recommend and stay again *****

Clean apart from a smelly drain in the shower and comfortable, kitchen well enough supplied but no microwave. Self-service check in was straightforward enough but no instructions for check out. Is a bit further out from attractions but it’s walkable with all of the places I wanted to see within a 40 minute walk (most in 25). Not the best area in terms of graffiti and bins just across from the entrance but felt safe enough. Main issue was noise - sounded single glazed windows so street noise was easily audible and my room was directly opposite the church so I was awoken each morning by the bells at 6am. Fitness centre on listing not evident at all

Ces n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement dans un immeuble dédié à la location de tourisme. Le logement est très bien mais un peu bruyant (typique du secteur). Le quartier au premier abord est particulier mais il faut se renseigner sur son histoire qui d'ailleurs est un peu en contradiction avec le logement... Hôte disponible en cas de besoin via WhatsApp, très efficace !

Ich war für 5 Nächte dort und es hat sehr gut gepsst. Man kann auch wunderbar länger bleiben. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht von der Ausstattung her, welche auch modern ist. Die Unterkunft ist an einer befahrernen Strasse it einer Bushaltestelle direkt neben dem Gebäude und auch zu Fuss ist alles schnell erreichbar. Der Cehck-In und Check-out hat problemlos geklappt, da die Kommunikation wirklich gut stattgefunden hat. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Αν εξαιρεθούν μερικά προβλήματα με τον ανελκυστήρα, η διαμονή ήταν θαυμάσια. Θα μπορούσε βέβαια να υπάρχει και φούρνος μικροκυμάτων (ηλεκτρική κουζίνα για σύντομες διαμονές δεν βοηθάει).
