The hotel needs to adopt the new ever changing environment, Better showers, they’re outdated. USB outlets should be provided throughout the room. Beds needs to be the true king/queen The gap between the bed made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. More amenities like lotions and conditioner. The breakfast was super and staff are friendly.

Be sure to ask for a room in the back. Any room at the front is very loud because of the main thoroughfare with a lot of noisy traffic just below when the window is open. Parking costs extra either in the hotel garage, or if it is full, in the nearby parking garage. The hotel is right by the beautiful, friendly pedestrian center of Hilden, absolutely worth seeing by all means!! The hotel dining room with free breakfast is memorable and quaint --- do not miss that.

A bit average
Stayed at the hotel for a business trip. In general o.k. but not exceptional. Room was rather tight and small, bedding is o.k. but less comfortable than other 4* hotel (and a bit cold during winter with open windows). Mattress was good. Breakfast as well o.k., but not enough seating. In general o.k., would stay there again, but not first choice.

Wir hatten 4 Einzel-Zimmer gebucht, waren wegen einer Messe dort. Die Hotelzimmer waren relativ klein, mit schmalen Einzelbetten. Zu der Zeit war es sehr heiß dort und in unseren Zimmern war es unglaublich heiß. 2 der Zimmer hatten nur Dachfenster, die über eine kleine Trittleiter zu öffnen waren. Auch in den Fluren vor den Zimmern war es sehr heiß, es war unmöglich, Durchzug zu machen. Daher haben alle sehr schlecht geschlafen. Wenn das Fenster offen war, war die Straße daneben sehr laut zu hören. Es gab in den Business Zimmern eine Kaffeemaschine aber leider keinen Wasserkocher. Die Klimaanlage in den Business Zimmern war sehr alt und daher sehr laut, damit konnte man nachts nicht schlafen. Service war gut, Frühstück sehr gut. Parken: öffentliches Parkhaus daneben ist günstiger als die Hotel-Tiefgarage.
