I was on Business trip 13 days’ long , comfortable stay at spacious 1bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette and washing machine , at very well connected location resulting in value for money. My Flight was Cancelled by the Airlines to Philippines, so ended up cutting my trip short & flying back to USA, went to the hotel & told them the problem a week before check in to the hotel to cancel the booking, was also advised to let Expedia know about the problem & cancel the booking for a full refund, Expedia also did a very poor job in trying to reach the hotel to cancel the booking as they were not able to reach iiDL , when I called the Sales Manager Mr. Rawat he refused to cancel the booking & did not want to refund the 3 nights that I was unable to unvail. Do not trust the Indian counterparts once they get your money if you will ever get a refund. I or my friends would never recommend this hotel again. Stay away.

Hotel location was good . Very well maintained . Staff was friendly . Nice and clean Lobby and Rooms. Few things they can improve on . 1. Bed sheets should be changed daily in room 2. Food was mediocre. Indian food was ok . Italian and Chinese was below average .
