Everything was amazing. In the heart of the city. The staff was extremely nice and served you amazing drinks anytime you came to the downstairs restaurant area. They gave us recommendations to the best dining areas around the city. The staff made you feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, and the most welcoming and friendly staff - they created a genuine feeling of being home away from home. Very nice spacious room. A strong recommendation from us, and we will for sure book again next time we visit Rome.

Staff were lovely, room was clean, AC was amazing (cold!) in the heatwave. Bathroom was tight but clean and new. Just at the corner is a great restaurant with amazing pizza. Staff will tell you which one to go to. For Colosseum and Roman Forum access you could not be in a better spot. Twenty-five minute walk to Piazza Navona/Trevi Fountain. Twenty five minute walk to Trastevere.

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with the best welcome, Alyssia (hope I spelt that correctly!) was absolutely charming. Very informative and lots of great tips for the area including a free activity this hotel group offers. Lots of local restaurants and bars close by.The room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and had a fabulous rain shower. Central location minutes from the colosseum. All of the staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room is clean and the hotel is well maintained. The location is incredible! Only negatives were the small range of food available at breakfast and the underpowered aircon.

The hotel was conveniently located. Steps away from Colosseum. We can walk to all landmarks except Vatican City. Hotel staff were super friendly and informative. There were a bunch of restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was great! Don’t forget to take advantage of their complimentary classes/tours!

The hotel was amazing, location was super convenient location to access major tourist destinations, but only tucked away in a dirty alley way, staff was amazing, helpful and the bacon and eggs were too.
