Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Zimmer auch sehr sauber. Das war‘s dann aber auch. Das Zimmer war unglaublich kalt und wurde auch nicht wärmer. Das Thermometer hat 15 Grad angezeigt. Der versprochene Bergblick war ein trostloser Bürokomplex. Ausblick weniger als 1 Stern. Dazu musste man alle Vorhänge komplett zuziehen weil direkt gegenüber vom Zimmerfenster eine KiTa sowie ein mehrstöckiger Bürokomplex ist. Dazu war der Warmwasserstrahl in der Dusche mehr ein Tropfen statt ein Strahl. Außerdem roch das Zimmer unfassbar unangenehm, was auch nicht wirklich wegging. Schade aber hier komme ich nie wieder hin.

Das Hotel Gebäude an sich sehr modern, die Zimmer inkl. Bad haben eine angenehme Größe man fühlt sich Wohl. Nur das man sich selber einchecken muss während die Mitarbeiterin wartet , wird dem Hotel in hat gerecht.
