Had an excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They also have a great Cafe Berē serving amazing breakfast and an amazing sushi bar called Kokoa Sushi Wok downstairs. Overall atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

We arrived late at night, in the rain, with our children in the car. At first, the welcome was cold. The person at the front desk was not warm, not even an umbrella was offered to help us get the kids inside. After a long trip, small gestures like that matter. To be fair, that same person was nicer later, and the interaction improved. The room was pleasant overall. The bedding was exceptional, and the hotel is located in a nice area, which helped make the stay enjoyable. That said, a few details need attention. The shower flooded while being used, and we had to remove the drain filter ourselves so the water could go down. The room did not have kitchen towels or napkins, and we had to ask several times for toilet paper before someone finally helped us. Breakfast was modest: two scrambled eggs, two pieces of toast, and coffee. Anything beyond that required an extra charge. Communication with the front desk was also difficult. There did not seem to be a simple way to reach them from the room, so we had to walk over whenever we needed something, and several times no one was there. The WiFi instructions were confusing as well. We were told the password was available through a QR code in the room, but the only thing we found was the modem hidden behind the couch. Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel has charm, comfy rooms, and a good location. With a little more attention to service quality, communication, and basic supplies, the experience could be much better.

My stay was thoroughly satisfactory. The room was in excellent condition—clean, quiet, and calm—which contributed to a pleasant environment. The service provided by the staff was outstanding and greatly enhanced my experience. Upon arrival, I had reserved a room for two guests; however, during the first two days my companion was asked to register as an additional guest due to a misunderstanding related to her nationality. Fortunately, the matter was resolved promptly and appropriately. The breakfast did not fully meet my expectations, although it was acceptable and the service was attentive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and intend to book this property again during my next trip to Colombia.

The breakfast downstairs was great. The location is quiet. Staff was responsive and professional. First issue was that my two bedroom suite did not have a television in the living room, very strange for me. For us as a family to enjoy a movie together we had to go into a bedroom and sit on a bed together. I'm used to enjoying a movie with popcorn in the living room. Second issue was that my suite's internet was not working, I had to access a different suite's router for access, internet speed was slower than I am used to, Netflix had to buffer to start. The place was a solid 8 out of 10 otherwise.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. I would definitely stay there again. However, there are a few important details that were not included in the description: An additional fee may apply when paying by credit card at check-in, so you may want to confirm the available payment options beforehand. The main entrance remains locked most of the day, and guests are not provided with a way to open it themselves. Someone from the property must let you in or out, but the reception desk is not always staffed. You can message the staff to request access, although the response can sometimes take several minutes. This can be inconvenient when you are in a hurry. The property operates more like a vacation rental than a traditional hotel, so guests should not expect daily housekeeping. This was not a major issue for me, but I think it is useful information to know before booking.
