6/10 Good
1 March 2026
Hotel is good in terms of location and cleanliness, and the room felt modern. However, I had two major issues that you should consider before booking:
- Not remote-work friendly: As a remote worker, I asked for a regular-height chair to work at the small desk in the room, but they couldn’t provide one. The chair in the room is too low for laptop work, and the only alternative they offered was a bar stool, which is too high for the desk. Having a standard chair available shouldn’t be that complicated.
- Poor self check-in experience: This is a self check-in hotel, but the process is poorly designed. After confirming a stay, they should automatically send all check-in instructions. Instead, guests are expected to message them one day before arrival. I arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes to receive instructions, and even then the instructions were missing key details. For example, the keypad at the outside door looks invisible unless you press/touch it to activate it, so at first I thought there was no keypad at all. There was also no guidance on how to use the safe in the instructions. The safe user manual was in the room (in a drawer), but this should be clearly mentioned in the check-in instructions so guests know where to find it. Overall, it took me around 30 minutes to figure everything out, which is frustrating when there’s no reception.
