This property had an amazing view of the bay and the casinos. The room has everything you could want and more. Staff was highly professional and took care of everything including taking our bags to the room. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel and a grocery store on the second floor amongst other things. One note however is you should make sure you check the room for cockroaches before you settle in.

I love the view and the location. My room was on the 22nd floor, I can see Manila bay and Okada next door. The room was spacious and the bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. I was able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful especially Che at the front desk. I like that 7 eleven is at the Ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me.

The hotel felt very safe it was out of the way but still close to local spots. There were security gates to even get to the hotel area so an extra layer of security. The hotel seemed to have everything. There was a store inside, hair salon, massage parlor, restaurant, pool gym and more. Lots of staff and security on site.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had amenities I like such as a kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, table, and a good view. On the negative side, the room did not have a safe and the room was not attractive, with wear and tear showing and was not as clean as I like. The bathroom had an odd design, including a separate shower room with a room-type door, so it felt like going into a closet to shower. The hotel has a small convenience store, cafe, spa and gym. The gym was a disappointment, as it had very limited exercise equipment and most had broken or poorly working parts.

The hotel quoted an early check in price 3 days earluerthen charged a higher price at the desk. Hotel did not provide the style of room that was presented in the photograph. I understand tbat phitos of different rooms are sonetimrs a bit different but the dufference between a one bedroom and studio is too great not to miss. No slip natting is required around shower area. I have a torn ligiment now, thank you very little. I would not reccommend this hotel. Rrgards, K. L.
