The check in was great, they took a tour of the entire apartment to explain to us. They let us leave our luggage on site before the scheduled check-in time. We were able to visit the surroundings. However, when arriving in the evening, the lights did not turn on with the room switches but manually to the lamp, in the dark... also, the wifi was very difficult to get. The place was well located

Very good location, in residential area with several great places to eat nearby. Short walk to grocery store, 15 min walk from train station and away from all the buzz of the center of town. The apartment itself was quite nice but it was lacking some basics such as pot holders, working coffee machine, dish washing soap, (2nd roll of toilet paper) and things like that. Might have been a one time oversight. Better instructions on how to take out the trash would be helpful for future guests. Bring cash for paying the additional city tax as that isn't mentioned in any booking. Overall, it was a good stay for 6 of us.

Overall, our stay in Florence was okay, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. The air conditioning did not cool the apartment very well, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frequently cut in and out. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. We also found that one of the blankets was covered in numerous stains, which made it feel unclean and should have been replaced before guests arrived. With better attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this property could provide a much more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Beds are horrible! You’re better off sleeping on the hard floor. They use crappy twin mattresses and put them together to make a king. We basically didn’t sleep when we were here. Also the comforters didn’t look washed, they were stained and dirty.
