I like the area to stay in when I am in Melbourne For me it is easy to drive to and park car etc. Stairs from carpark to ground level a bit of a trial. But I do appreciate car being under cover etc. It was hot this time and I happily found a fan for the bedroom ... So all things I needed were there

Outstanding customer service and the suites are spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs within the property, so be mindful of that. I had a pram with me, and they kindly gave me a room on the ground floor. I couldn’t recommend it higher! I stayed for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. Perfect accommodation

Out of hours Check in process was easy. There are a fair few stairs to get to the apartment, which isn’t that convenient if you’re like us with a toddler/pram. A bit of noise comes from the upstairs apartments, however apart from that our stay was nice and quiet and generally comfortable.

Situated in a very central position with all amenities ie shops, transport etc very close by and handy. Couldn't believe how dusty and somewhat dirty it was. It appears if hadn't been cleaned or dusted. Ensuite had hair all over the floor and basin. Walls very thin so unfortunately quite noisy
