Room was not ready at 4 and complicated our evening plans as unable to shower and change. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Toilet in tight and awkward location and could not close door easily. Good location and size of room. Usually chose Hilton for comfort of beds but not this one.

Lovely lounges&outdoor space
I eventually got a clean dust free room that looked like the photos on hotels.com… The hotel is slowly getting upgraded…the manager&staff where lovely…breakfast variety good…I would return to an upgraded room…I never got to sleep till people stopped slamming their room & car doors 02.45 a.m….receptionist apologised for the 2 rooms I was offered which was endearing&genuine.

Aug stay
We have stayed before and the hotel is a good location, the staff are helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. On this visit we were unable to connect to the wifi and this in the standard of hotel on overnight stays in this city is fundamental as visitors will search for things to do the following day plus resolve contact details etc elsewhere. You need to look into this. Additionally we have noted on previous booking and visits the options for quiet zones. We did not see this option on the booking this time, please advise. I also have a question in respect of a future visit that you have no motorcycle parking on site. Can this be facilitated as motorcycle theft if prevalent and parking on monks bar with a bike would be an unnecessary risk. We like the hotel as have been many times just need to resolve these issues.
