Rooms (I stayed 2 nights and back in 3 days for another 3 nights), both rooms were very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly, however they need to update themselves with hotel surroundings as they were not able to respond to my queries on what's there to offer around the area. Breakfast was more than adequate with both local cuisine like noodles, rice, buns, as well as bread, cakes, cereals, fruits etc. Laundry is a big plus for me, and they have staff to help you pack aside your clothing when is done! If i must pick a flaw, the hotel is situated between 2 subway stations, which are both about 18-20 mins walk.

We had a clean, pleasant room with a very comfortable bed. The shower was also lovely. Unfortunately I have medication which needs a fridge, but there wasn't one in the room. We asked at reception, but they weren't very helpful. They said I could store it in their fridge but that wouldn't have worked for me as I need it with me. So I had the aircon on the lowest which kept the room cold enough for my meds. Aside from that, the hotel is in a good location with DiDi taxis vey easy to use.

Had a really pleasant stay at Echeng Hotel Chengdu. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was efficient and helpful throughout. Laundry services were convenient and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great! Easy to get around and close to everything you need. Loved the in-room smart system (Xiaodu) as well, which added a nice modern touch. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience!

Environment was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and refilled regularly. 5 sets of washers and dryers, they were properly cleaned and maintained. Not easy to be reached by public transportation, WIFI were not working at all for our 2 rooms, even our 5 cell phones were having data plans with local mobiles and roaming with China Mobile.

辦理入住時，服務人員告知我們預訂的房間是沒有窗戶的，剛好有一間有窗戶的房間，但需要另外加價59元人民幣。當下其實有點不舒服，會覺得好像原本訂的房間被降級了，想要有窗戶還要另外加錢，雖然金額不多，但感受上不是很好。 後來想說先看看房間再決定，實際入住後發現沒有窗戶其實也可以接受。住了兩晚，房間很安靜，也完全沒有煙味，這點真的很加分。 整體來說，雖然一開始入住的感受比較不好，但實際住下來後反而越住越滿意，住宿品質還是不錯的。
