This is Ina great location .was very hot in the hotel and smelled a bit musty/bad smell. Room was small but I was expecting it to be small and they upgraded me to a bigger room at no cost . Was just there 1 night , I would have stayed longer but was just on a layover for 21hours

Superior double Room???!!!!!
Was expecting a comfortable room described by Procelain Hotel as 'Superior double' room. Room 312 has very little area to walk in. I was a solo traveller. I could not even open up my 35cm x 46cm cabin sized suitcase on the floor. Bed linen felt greasy so I asked for a clean bedsheet which I folded over to sleep between. At least the clean bedsheet felt cleaner. On the reception desk is a sign, asking if you'd like an upgrade to a larger room (for extra cost). I've never seen that before in all my 40 years of travelling. There are some larger rooms but I'd definitely avoid room 312 if there are two people staying in it. In addition, the bed height was 82 cms high! Most unusual! Water pressure and temperature were good. Location was excellent!

Nice, compact and easy.
Perfectly located on the edge of Chintown. Plenty of restaurants and very close to the MRT (subway). The room was tiny with 3/4 of the sleeping room taken up by the bed. Storage space for luggage was adequate beneath the bed. Everything was very compact but neat and functional, and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. There wa no window in the room. The bathroom was a decent size with an excellent shower. Decent price and perfect for a night or two when in town.

Great central location! Close to everything - I could walk from the hotel everywhere! Poor service. Staff were not exactly helpful. Mostly, they seemed in a hurry and reluctant to help. Absolutely no amenities. Not even an iron, or soap for the sink. You have to climb into the shower to grab liquid soap for your handwashing after using the toilet. No hooks in the bathroom for hanging anything. Very poorly thought out space.
