Lots of parking, close location to shopping centres etc. Friendly staff. Clean room. Smell around the hotel wasn't nice, almost like a urine smell but that could be due to plants situated around the hotel and it was raining also. We had room 106. Easy to find close parking and nice and quiet. Shower pressure was awesome. Just a Lil note. If your room does not have a kitchen take bottled water to fill the kettle. Seems unhygienic to fill kettle from the bathroom basin.

The staff at reception are excellent - very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I witnessed one of the receptionists having to deal with a rude customer, the receptionist was very calm and fair with her. The room itself provided everything we needed for a one night stay.

Clean, good strong shower and decent bathroom amenities. The room was spacious. The lady at reception was friendly. There are plenty of food options close by. It's very basic and tired though, desperately in need of an update. We have family in West Auckland so this is probably the best of very limited options for us to stay nearby - the best part is that it's convenient for food options. We prefer staying in the city where there are nicer options but it saves a lot of driving.
