Reasonable hotel close to the beach.
The hotel is reasonable, close to the beach, the staff were pleasant and helpful but the rooms were very dated, the bathroom in our room was in a poor condition with the shower broken and drainage not good.

Nice hotel, very quaint, lovely personnel.
It's old-ish and dated but clean, well-run and the breakfast is out of this world. The private beach is a nice touch too. Good location too. I shall go back.

Great Location
Because we had a flight delay we arrived at the hotel around midnight and it was in total darkness with no way to actually get in. Around the back of the hotel there were people sitting by the pool who got us into the hotel. The reception was closed so we googled the phone number and the owner of the hotel appeared (had obviously been in bed) and checked us in. We had paid for bed and breakfast and breakfast was fine. Overall the hotel was kept very clean and tidy. The rooms are very basic but functional. The location is 5 minutes from the beach and good for shops and restaurants.

Minuscule rooms terrible value for money
I could not believe the size of the room and bathroom was so small it had a fold out shower. Air conditioning was ineffective and deafening . "Balcony" was just a Juliet rail. The breakfast was the only positive very nice selection of fruit and pastries. Hotel was also clean but very dated in decor

Disappointed
Lobby shut down at 10:30. No staff on site after 10:30. Staff seemed to lack knowledge when questions asked No management on site Parking horrible- cars jammed into small lit and then they knock on doors looking for owners to move so others can get out Can't get into lit after 10:30 pm when Lobby shut Down. Had to pay for parking on street. Then when complained got pass for another lot down the street which was huge and had a ton of space. Why not give this originally?! Room had peeling bathroom floor, tv not working, some outlets not working, etc Only good thing was breakfast and location Not worth price paid

Maintenance needed
This Hotel should definitely not have 3 stars. Under medium for all the criteria we normally reflecting on when we as tourists are traveling. Should not be demanding to do some timely cleaning. Service from staff average. Rooms too small when staying longer than a night or two.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and accommodating. All spoke great English plus several other languages- fab. The location was easy to get around, public transport easy to use and travel to other spots like Venice, Treviso etc Beach was as described very short distance. Hotel had lovely swimming pool too. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice. Loved it here & would go again. Hotel had own loungers & deck chairs on beach & beach was clean & lovely. Brilliant!

Nice hotel in Lido di Jesolo
I really liked the hotel's central location. It was 2 mins away from the beach and with sunbeds and umbrella also from the main street of Jesolo so everything was within easy reach. The hotel itself was very quite although the evening noise from the bars could disturb people but for us it was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide choice (fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, egg and bacon, cheese, salami, yoghurt) so everybody can find something.
