The mangers of the property are wonderful and easy to access, they assisted with transfers from/to airport. The only thing I can say negatively is that only 2 bath towels are provided. We prefer clean towels each day and it was bit of headache because laundry had to be done. Otherwise, property is great for 2 adults and maybe an infant .

Great location and impressive view on the Golden Horn, despite seagull droppings maculating the windows. Most sites are conveniently within walking distance from the apartment, either by walking or by tram or by ferry. Unfortunately, this apartment turned out to be overpriced, underserviced and undermaintained. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment and it will be useful to clean towels as they have been replaced only once by the person in charge during our 16-night stay. There was not enough laundry detergent in the apartment; Consequently, we had to provide our own to clean towels and our clothes. The entrance door knob was falling apart and the in-room safe was not functional; These have been reported early to the owner without any corrective action throughout our stay. In general, communications with this owner are inefficient, as it takes a few hours to get an answer. By the time we got answers, we had already left to visit the city. In summary, great location, but can be best enjoyed for very short stays, as level of satisfaction deteriorates with duration of stay.

First it was the communication. Clear and immediate responses. The room, and apartment type was amazing. Views of the Bosphorous and the setup! Location was amazing and felt very safe. I will stay at this location next time I come to Istanbul again.

3 gece kaldık ve gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldık. Otelin konumu çok iyi, Karaköy’de birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Özellikle İstanbul’u gezmek isteyenler için konum büyük avantaj. Oda ve genel alanlar gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Konaklama boyunca temizlikle ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. En çok memnun kaldığımız şeylerden biri de işletme sahibinin ilgisi oldu. Çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü, ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacımız olsa yardımcı oldu. Bu da konaklamayı çok daha rahat ve güzel hale getirdi. Tekrar İstanbul’a geldiğimizde gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar kalabileceğimiz bir yer. Biz çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
