Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay in this lovely old setting. Rooms were older, with the drawbacks of such history (smaller room, slightly musty) and the one big weakness of intermittent hot water! But there were compensations - a really well appointed guest kitchen and lounge area, where you can prepare your own meals. This was perfect for us, to make our own healthy breakfast. Overall, we would recommend it, but be careful of the hot water in the shower in winter!

What a fantastic place. The family room was awesome and the shared kitchen lounge area is wonderful. The pool and spa were enjoyed by our party. Plan on staying again in summer so we can really make use of the lovely bbq area. Hosts were lovely and really looked after us. Loved this place.
