I was very disappointed in this Hotel and matter of fact I still am. Please do not stay here. The employees are not polite. When housekeeping attempts to clean your room they never leave any towels and wash clothes they just take the used ones. I paid on Hotel.com for three people and when I was leaving they tried to charge me saying my reservation was for two so I pulled up my payment and reservation on my phone. The lady says okay I will zero out your balance. The next day I check my account and it is pending for $54.72 for a Extra person. So I call I explain everything she said okay she will handle it. I call back the same day and she said the system is down and it will be a couple hours. I check my account on Friday and the actual charge is there not in pending so I call the Hotel now she saying that they have to check the cameras but it was already solved that someone put two people when my reservation is Clearly for three people. This the same lady that checked me in and knew how many people were with me which was myself and two others. This hotel has been very unprofessional from check in to check out. The only thing Good about this hotel is the location. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL.

Horrible Customer Service
My trip was good, but my stay here wasn’t the best. Their customer service is horrible. On two separate occasions, we had issues with getting towels, a basic necessity. The first time, we were told we couldn’t get towels after 6pm. A front desk person was rude to my friend when she asked. He said he didn’t have a key, but somehow ended up giving her 4 large towels for drying off. She told him we needed small face towels to wash with & he never would give them to her. He also decided to video record her on his cell. Then, we noticed another day they’d only given us 3 small wash towels, but 4 of everything else. We called to let them know and they basically told us they gave us 4. So when we told them again that it was only 3, they quickly showed up at our door, walked into the bathroom, and counted the towels. Only to find out that there were only 3. Then they gave us the 4th towel. That was very insulting and they didn’t seem to care about the way they’d just handled it. The rooms are also very very small. I wouldn’t stay more than 2 to a room, even if there are double beds. There will be no space left to walk around or store luggage.

Do not buy the excursion at the hotel
Hi, the hotel was nice, but we had a very negative experience with the excursion arranged by the hotel reception. Originally we wanted to do another excursion but the hotel receptionist convinced us to do the tour arranged by the hotel because this way we would be back in the hotel by 1:30pm and we could do other plans later. When we arrived at he drop off we found out that in reality the excursion lasted until 5pm. Because we had other plans scheduled we could therefore only take a part of the excursion (50%). We were supposed to do the bus tour and the boat tour. The bus tour was the main attraction and was supposed to be first and the only one we coud do, but when we arrived they had not places for us in the bus as there were too many people and told us we can only do it at 2pm so we were forced to do the boat tour! We paid a total of $100 for 2people and when we asked for at least 50% refund the reception said they could only give us $20 because when you buy separately the cost is different. This was not true because the place where the trip was taking place was showing the prices and we saw the price for our tour separately was cheap (so we should have received a larger refund), but even when we said this to the reception, we were not given the appropiate refund. I said to the reception that this was not correct but he said he could not do anything about this. Besides later we found out the same excursion can be bought much cheaper online.

Quick south beach getaway
The hotel was a unique experience for a quick getaway for just my wife and I. The location was amazing! You're obviously right near ocean drive, the beach, and various restaurants. Being slightly off the main strip may have helped with no noise. There is a nice second level terrace/patio for guests. We drove to the hotel so had to deal with the parking situation. I get it, I've lived years in the busiest cities, this is in a high foot and car traffic area...but the hotel doesn't really make it any easier. Trying to find a temporary spot waiting for a valet is awful. Definitely research parking garages in advance. We did, but the two we found were full. While the room was clean, it was hard to get past the awful state of every fixture and detail in the room. My 7 year old could have done a better job at remodeling these rooms. The sink was installed so off center that it was almost closer to diagonal than centered. There was a burnt out bathroom light bulb, rusty blow-dryer, rust spots obstructing about 1/3 of the bathroom mirror, and various gaps (inches) in the wood floor. The TV was a disaster...broken remote and unable to change stations manually on the unit....fortunately, you're not staying here to relax in the room, but maybe enjoy some coffee before you head out... Guess what, there was no coffee all morning! We expected there to be a lousy breakfast spread, but just wanted coffee...probably should have lowered expectations further.

Excited to stay. Immediate disappointment
I was very excited to stay here. The experience will remind to not come back. I am obviously handicapped. Got to check in time 15 minutes early. Was told we had to wait. Okay fine we will go find food. Came back an hour and half later. Still handicapped. New person at counter. No one greeted us again. No one greeted us the first time either. Get our room. Still handicapped mind you. Our room is on second floor okay. I go look for elevator. "We don't have elevator you have to take the stairs. It's only a couple of flights" says rude front desk girl. Oh okay. Still handicapped. Being on the second floor wouldn't be a problem if they have elevator. Still handicapped. Hobble up two flights of stairs. But I think but the rooms looked awesome! Get to room. Wahhhh wahhhh... tiny tiny room. Putting a fashion picture above a bed doesn't make it a fashion room. I will say that I will know to request a handicapped accessible room from now on. I have never had to do that in the past. Because every person who works in a hotel has always always. "Ma'am, we can put you on the 1st floor if you would like?" Never been an issue. Ahhh well. Will I be coming back to this hotel? Definately not. Will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Definately not.
